TPMS sensors for GPS Tracker, TPMS, MDVR and dashcam

Product No.: TS06, TS06-LB, TS08, TS09, TS10

These wireless TPMS sensors are supported in our GPS tracker, TPMS receiver, signal repeater, and handheld TPMS ID reader. Fleet managers or installation technicians can choose different types of tire pressure sensors to install onto vehicles with client’s needs or working environments.

External cap tire pressure sensor TS06 should be installed on the tire valve stem outside, locked by a nut on the same tire valve stem; it’s easily installed. You just need to install a nut first, then TS06 sensor onto the tire valve stem. And the TS06 sensor needs to be locked by rotating the nut as far up as you can.

External cap tire sensor TS06-LB is almost the same as TS06, but especially for large bores like OTR tires or mining machines. Its installation is the same as TS06’s.

External cap air flow through sensor TS09 is designed with an air flow through function realized by an extended tire valve stem which is in TS09 sensor itself. So users can inflate tires without uninstalling the tire pressure sensors. The extended valve stem can be used to fill air into the tire directly.

Internal valve sensor TS08 is designed to be installed inside the tire and fixed onto the tire valve stem inside. It is for tubeless tires. It needs a driver or technician to uninstall the tire from the vehicle first and take the tire out of the wheel rim. It also needs to replace the original tire valve stem with a specially designed tire valve stem that has a specially designed end used to fix the internal sensor.

Internal banded sensor TS10 is designed to be installed inside the tire, but fixed onto the wheel rim by band. It is for tubeless tires also. Users should first know the length of the band to make sure it’s longer than the circumference of the wheel rim. It also requires uninstalling tires from the vehicle first.

Tire Pressure Sensors Installation

The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) consists of two parts: the sensor emitter and the receiver. Communication between the sensor and receiver is by wireless technology (433.92MHz). The receiver in the system can be our AT09 device or TPxx device; they can work together or independently as a standalone system with the sensor.

Note: the front and the rear truck tire maybe has different types of RIM. Please check the target tire you are going to install the sensor on. And choose the suitable type.

Sensors Installation: TS07/09

Step 1: Find the valve.

tire pressure sensor step2

Step 2: Remove the valve cap and install the hex screw of the sensor on the valve.

tire pressure sensor step3

Step 3: screw the sensor onto the valve. And use the hex wrench to lock the sensor with the hex screw.

Sensors Installation: TP08:

Step 1: Dismount the tire from the RIM.

Step 2: Remove the original tire valve stem.

Step 3: Insert the new sensor through the valve stem hole, making sure the flat side of the sensor is toward the rim, and then install the screw cap on the outside.

Sensors Installation: TS10

Step 1: Dismount the tire from the RIM, and prepare the sensor. Let the metal belt come across the underside of the sensor.
