How to use fuel level sensor with GPS tracking system in vehicles

1.First install the fuel level sensor into fuel tank.
tools for the installation:

1.2) Place
Better to fix this sensor in the middle of the tank. In this way, it will avoid the original floater in the tank.
1.3) Clear the surface of the tank;
Clear the position you are going to fix this sensor.
1.4) Drill the tank
Drill a while in the middle of the tank. (Please slow the drill speed when driller is going to drill through the metal plate of the tank, then use the screwdriver Sharp-nose pliers take metal plate of the tank out)
Note: Please empty the tank before you drill the tank.

1.5) clear the tank;
Take out the scrap iron in tank by magnet with a rope.

1.6) install the sensor
Put the gasket under the tank and drill the hole for screw.




2. connect the fuel sensor to GPS tracker:

For AT03, Connect the red cable of sensor to positive power of GPS tracking device, and black cable to the ground, white cable to green cable of PIN 10.

For AT06+, Connect the red cable of sensor to positive power of GPS tracking device, and black cable to the ground, white cable to green cable of PIN 3 or PIN 4.

The fuel level data would be shown in server like below:
