The life span of tires is about 2 or 3 years or 60,00 km mileage. The tires of out of life span or heavy wear should be replaced in time. The rubber has 5 years life span. The usage and storage condition would much affect the tires life span. So keep an eye on your vehicle tries, replace these aging, hurt and heavily worn tires.
